SEATTLE, Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Alaska Airlines launched its annual fall fare sale today, with low fares throughout the United States and Canada, including the carrier’s newest markets of Colorado Springs, Colo., Omaha, Neb., and Salt Lake City. One-way fares start at $59* between San Jose, Calif., and Los Angeles; $79* between Seattle and Las Vegas; and $139* between San Diego and Boston.

Tickets require a 14-day advance purchase and must be bought by Aug. 13 for travel starting Sept. 4 for most markets except between Dallas and Portland, Ore., where travel begins Sept. 17; between Colorado Springs, Colo., and Seattle, where travel begins Nov. 1; between Seattle and Omaha, Neb., where travel begins Nov. 7; and between Portland and Reno, Nev., where travel begins Nov. 9. All travel must be completed by Dec. 17 except travel to/from Hawaii, where travel must be completed by Nov. 19, and between Alaska and the contiguous United States, where travel must be completed by Nov. 20, 2013.
